Key points
- Most of our games and apps work without an account — we don't ask for your name, phone number or contacts.
- Free titles are supported by advertising, so ad partners receive device-level information such as an advertising ID.
- We never trade your information for money, and you can switch off personalised ads at any time.
- Questions or requests: enterprisegames@atomicmail.io.
01Scope of this notice
This Privacy Policy covers every mobile game, application and online service released by Enterprise Game Studios, as well as the website enterprise.surf (each a "Service"). It applies wherever you download our Services — Apple App Store, Google Play or another store.
Data practices differ between titles. A simple offline puzzle may process almost nothing, while a free game with rewarded videos works with several advertising providers. The privacy label on the App Store and the Data safety section on Google Play describe what a particular Service actually does, and they should be read together with this notice.
02Who is responsible
Enterprise Game Studios ("Enterprise", "we", "our") decides how and why personal information is processed in our Services and is the controller of that information. You can reach us at enterprisegames@atomicmail.io.
Some partners — for example advertising networks — may also process information for their own purposes. In that case they act as independent controllers and their own privacy policies apply.
03Information we collect
The table below lists the kinds of information that may be processed and where it comes from.
| Type | Examples | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Device details | Model, operating system, language, region, screen size, app version, IP address | Collected automatically |
| Identifiers | Random install ID, vendor ID (IDFV / App Set ID), advertising ID (IDFA / GAID) where you allow it | Collected automatically |
| Play & usage | Levels, scores, rewards earned, time in app, screens viewed, settings | Collected automatically |
| Purchase records | Item bought, price, currency, store transaction ID — never card numbers | App store |
| Diagnostics | Crash reports, error logs, loading times, memory use | Collected automatically |
| Ad activity | Ads shown, taps, completed rewarded videos, approximate location derived from IP | Ad partners |
| Messages | Your email address, the text you send and any attachments | You |
| Your content | Nicknames, drawings, levels, photos or files you choose to process in an app | You |
We do not intentionally collect precise GPS location, contact lists, health information or other sensitive categories of data.
04Device permissions
Some features need access to parts of your device — for example the camera for a photo tool, the microphone for a voice feature, or your photo library to import a picture. Each permission is requested by your operating system before first use, is used only for that feature, and can be withdrawn in your device settings at any time. Wherever possible, such content is processed on your device and is not uploaded to us.
05How we use information
- Running the Service — loading levels, keeping your progress and preferences, delivering what you bought.
- Checking purchases — validating receipts with the app store, restoring items and preventing payment fraud.
- Understanding play — finding levels that are too hard, features nobody uses and places where the app crashes.
- Advertising — showing ads in free titles, granting rewards for rewarded videos, limiting how often you see the same ad and measuring campaigns.
- Fair play & security — spotting cheating, abuse, bots and suspicious activity.
- Talking to you — answering support emails and sending important service notices.
- Legal duties — keeping records required by tax, accounting or consumer law and responding to lawful requests.
We don't use your information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you solely by automated means, except for automated cheat and fraud detection. If such a measure affects you, you may ask a person to review it.
06Legal grounds (EEA & UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on the following grounds under the GDPR:
| Ground | Used for |
|---|---|
| Contract | Providing the Service you installed, saving progress, delivering purchases |
| Legitimate interests | Analytics, crash diagnostics, security, anti-cheat, non-personalised ads, improving our Services |
| Consent | Personalised advertising and related device access, where consent is required |
| Legal obligation | Tax and accounting records, responding to authorities |
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have weighed them against your rights, and you may object at any time.
07Ads, consent & tracking
Free Services are funded by ads. Ads may be personalised (chosen using information about your device and activity across apps) or non-personalised (chosen using only the context, such as the app and your general region).
Your consent
Where the law requires it — including in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland — a consent message is shown before personalised ads are used. On iPhone and iPad, Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt asks whether the app may track you; if you choose "Ask App Not to Track", your advertising ID is not shared and you will only see less relevant ads.
Changing your mind
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, then switch the app off.
- Android: Settings → Privacy (or Google) → Ads → Delete advertising ID or reset it.
- In the app: where available, open Settings → Privacy to review your ad choices again.
Declining personalised ads doesn't remove ads altogether — you'll still see ads, they just won't be based on your activity.
08Who receives data
We share information only with the following groups, and only as far as each needs it:
- Technical providers — hosting, cloud saves, analytics, crash reporting and email services that work for us under contract.
- Advertising and measurement companies — ad mediation platforms, ad networks and attribution services embedded as SDKs in free titles.
- App stores — Apple and Google, which process payments and subscriptions.
- Authorities and advisers — when the law requires it, or to defend our rights, users or the public.
- A future owner — if our studio or a Service is sold or merged, information may pass to the new owner under this notice.
Partners used in our Services
The exact set depends on the title and may change. Each partner's own policy explains how it handles data.
| Partner | Role |
|---|---|
| CAS.ai | Ad mediation |
| Google AdMob | Ad network & consent tools |
| AppLovin | Ad network & mediation |
| Unity Ads | Ad network |
| ironSource | Ad network |
| Meta Audience Network | Ad network |
| Mintegral | Ad network |
| Pangle | Ad network |
| Liftoff / Vungle | Ad network |
| InMobi | Ad network |
| Chartboost | Ad network |
| DT Exchange | Ad exchange |
| AppsFlyer | Install attribution |
| Firebase | Analytics, crash reports, cloud services |
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. Under certain U.S. state laws, letting ad partners collect identifiers for targeted advertising may still be called "selling" or "sharing" — see section 10 for how to opt out.
09How long we keep data
Each type of information is kept only for as long as its purpose requires:
- Progress and settings — while you keep using the Service; data stored only on your device disappears when you delete the app.
- Analytics and diagnostics — in identifiable form for a limited period, after which it is deleted or aggregated so it no longer identifies you.
- Support emails — until your question is closed and for a reasonable time afterwards in case you come back to us.
- Purchase records — for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Advertising partners keep data according to their own retention rules, described in their policies.
10Your rights by region
Everyone
Wherever you live, you can uninstall a Service to stop all further collection, reset or delete your advertising ID, decline tracking prompts, and ask us what we hold about you or to delete it.
EEA, UK & Switzerland
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected, erased or transferred to you in a machine-readable format, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
United States
Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws may have the right to know what personal information we process, to access, correct or delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising, "sale" or "sharing". You can appeal if we decline your request. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. California residents can find the categories of data we process in section 3, the purposes in section 5 and the recipients in section 8.
Brazil and other countries
Under Brazil's LGPD and similar laws you may confirm whether we process your data, access it, correct it, request anonymisation, blocking or deletion, request portability and receive information about the entities we share it with.
11Making a request
Email enterprisegames@atomicmail.io with the subject "Privacy request". Tell us which Service you use and what you'd like us to do. Because most Services don't use accounts, it helps to include the support or player ID shown in the app's settings so we can find your data.
We may ask for information to confirm the request comes from you. We respond within the time limits set by applicable law — normally within one month. An authorised agent may submit a request for you where the law permits, with proof of their authority.
12Young players
We make Services for audiences of all ages, and some of them are designed with children in mind. For any Service directed at children, or listed in a store's kids or family section:
- we collect only what is needed to run the Service and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age set by local law) without verifiable parental consent;
- ads, if any, are non-personalised and come only from providers approved for family audiences;
- we do not track children across apps or build advertising profiles about them;
- purchases and links that leave the app are placed behind a parental gate where store rules require it;
- we follow COPPA, the GDPR rules on children's data, Apple's Kids Category requirements and Google Play's Families Policy.
Parents and guardians can contact us at any time to review or delete their child's information. If we learn we have collected a child's data without proper consent, we delete it.
13Cross-border transfers
Our providers operate servers in several countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live, including in the United States. When data leaves the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we use safeguards recognised by law, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy decisions.
14Protecting data
We protect information with encrypted connections, restricted access, reputable infrastructure providers and by collecting as little as we can. No online service can guarantee complete security, so please also keep your device and store accounts protected with a passcode and up-to-date software. If a data breach affects you, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
15Updates to this notice
As our Services and the law evolve, this notice may change. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. If a change significantly affects how we use your information, we will tell you in the app or on this website before it takes effect, and ask for your consent again where required.
